Pricing FAQ

Pricing FAQ

Which plan should I start with?

Start on the Hobby plan (free). It covers personal projects, prototypes, and early-stage products. Upgrade to Pro when you need more build minutes, bandwidth, or concurrent preview environments.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes — Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We soft-throttle overages rather than hard-blocking them. You’ll receive an email warning when you hit 80% of a limit. If you exceed the limit, usage is throttled until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Are all prices in EUR?

Yes. All prices are in Euros, inclusive of VAT for EU customers. Your invoice is issued by Tatancorp (France).

Do you charge for bandwidth?

Bandwidth usage is included in every plan up to the plan limit. Overage bandwidth on Pro and Team plans is billed at €0.08 / GB.

Can I pay annually?

Annual billing is available on Pro and Team plans with a 20% discount applied automatically.

Where is my data stored?

All data — including your source code, build artefacts, deployment logs, and runtime data — is stored exclusively in EU data centres (Hetzner, Germany and Finland). We never transfer data outside the EU.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a pro-rated refund within 30 days of a billing event if you contact us at hello@lumbox.eu.

Is the core open-source?

Yes. The Lumbox core runtime, CLI, and deployment engine are open-source on GitHub. You can inspect the code, self-host, or contribute.

What is the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise plans are custom-scoped: dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, SSO/SAML, custom data residency, and a direct support channel. Contact us to discuss.
